WARRAGUL COUNSELLING CENTRE

Counselling is a therapeutic practice. Over the years counselling has proven to be beneficial for prevention, discovery, recovery, and restoration. All counsellors who work at Warragul Counselling Centre are professionally trained and registered within the counselling profession. You do not require a mental health plan or a GP referral to access our services.

We are here to assist individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families who are dealing with the challenges and situations that arise in their lives. Some of the areas in which you may desire to seek assistance with a counsellor could range from:

  • Self-development, grief, trauma, and emotional stress.
  • Relationship difficulties, separation, marriage problems, divorce, parenting.
  • Mental health challenges, anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, addiction issues.
