Mal & Jenny Wattso

Mal and Jenny began working with SIM in 2001. After an initial period in France for language learning, they moved to the capital of Burkina Faso, Ouagadougou, where SIM’s administration office is located. They are part of the team assisting to facilitate the effective ministry of other missionaries within SIM Burkina. Their roles, Mal as Finance Manager and Jenny filling in for Guest House and hospitality, help others to be more effective in their ministry areas. The administration team has responsibility for all finance and administration issues, as well as guesthouse facilities. This means their fellow workers can give as much time as possible to their ministry roles.

They are also involved in working with kids’ club, teaching English and preaching in the local churches. Jenny has begun work in the lab at the Navigator’s medical clinic following a long process in getting the clinic registered. Through all this they pray that God’s Word will continue to be made known in Burkina, so that people will be brought into a living relationship with Jesus.
