Elders

The Elders at CCW have three main responsibilities:

Doctrine

“Shaping, monitoring and leading in public teaching so that the people of God become mature, not being blown here and there by every wind of doctrine.” Eph 4:14

Discipline

Dealing with pastoral and moral situations, discerning gifts and qualifications for service roles.

Direction

Discerning and communicating the vision of CCW’s congregation and organising its priorities in regard to finances and human resources.
